World of Frozen at Disneyland Paris: ride, character meets and tips
28 October 2026
Opened on 29 March 2026 at Disney Adventure World, World of Frozen takes guests into the kingdom of Arendelle. A boat ride, a royal meet with Anna and Elsa, a show on the bay and a Nordic tavern: allow a good half-day to enjoy it without rushing.

Frozen Ever After is a musical boat ride that sails from the North Mountain to Elsa’s Ice Palace. You sing along with Elsa, Anna and their friends all the way.
The ride has no minimum height, which makes it ideal with young children. It is accessible to guests with disabilities but not recommended for pregnant women. The paid Disney Premier Access service lets you shorten the wait, and Disney PhotoPass is available on board.
Worth knowing if you are planning ahead: Frozen Ever After will be closed from 13 to 24 September 2027.
The Royal Meet with Anna and Elsa takes place in Arendelle Castle. It is free but requires a virtual queue, which you join on the day of your visit in the Disneyland Paris app, once your ticket has been scanned at the park entrance. Spots are limited and run out during the morning on busy days, so sign up as soon as you arrive.
As you explore, Mossie and Oaken stroll through the streets of Arendelle, and you may run into Olaf or Kristoff. Anna and Elsa also appear in the Disney Stars on Parade at Disneyland Park, and in the Mickey and the Magician show, which runs until 10 January 2027.
Several times a day, Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff and the people of the kingdom gather on Arendelle Bay to celebrate their traditions. The show lasts about 20 minutes and takes place outdoors.
From 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, Arendelle celebrates its first Christmas with decorations, snowflakes and a sing-along Christmas Choir. The full programme is in our guide to Christmas at Disneyland Paris 2026.
Nordic Crowns Tavern serves Nordic quick-service food in a tavern that, according to the story, has welcomed villagers for generations.
For shopping, Arendelle Boutique, once the toy workshop of Elsa and Anna, sells souvenirs, wooden items and Nordic-style knitwear. Fjord View Shop has the latest plush toys from the kingdom and Rúna, an interactive troll that reacts in different places around Arendelle.
Start by joining the Royal Meet virtual queue as soon as the park opens, then head to Frozen Ever After, as the wait builds through the morning. Keep Arendelle Celebration for the afternoon, once you have checked the times in the app.
In the evening, stay near the lake: Disney Cascade of Lights plays right next door on Adventure Way. To plan the rest of your day, see our guide to Disney Adventure World.
