Disney Enchanted Christmas is back from 7 November 2026 to 6 January 2027, and for the first time it spreads across both parks. This year Christmas comes to Arendelle, in the new World of Frozen at Disney Adventure World, while Disneyland Park keeps its parade, its giant tree and its visits with Santa.

The Christmas season starts on Saturday 7 November 2026 and ends on Wednesday 6 January 2027. Both parks are open every day of the season, including 24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January.

Christmas entertainment is included in your park ticket. Only a few extras cost more, such as a reserved viewing spot for the parade, meals and shopping.

Christmas in Arendelle, new for 2026 at Disney Adventure World

World of Frozen opened on 29 March 2026 and celebrates its very first Christmas. Garlands, wreaths and snowflakes decorate the streets of Arendelle, in a style inspired by Scandinavian Christmas traditions.

The highlight is the Arendelle Christmas Choir: a sing-along moment with Anna, Elsa and their friends from the kingdom, several times a day. According to early programmes shared by fan sites, Kristoff is also meeting guests for the first time this season.

Christmas programme at Disneyland Park

Mickey’s Dazzling Christmas Parade runs twice a day along Main Street, U.S.A., with Mickey and friends, the Disney Princesses and Santa. It is included in your ticket. Disneyland Paris also sells a limited number of reserved viewing spots for guests who would rather not wait along the route.

On Town Square, the 24-metre tree lights up several times a day in a short ceremony. At Videopolis Theatre, the musical show “Let’s Sing Christmas!” brings together Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy and Clarabelle.

Disney Characters wear their festive outfits: Mickey and friends on Town Square, the princesses at Central Plaza, and Princess Aurora and Prince Phillip in the courtyard of Sleeping Beauty Castle.

Meeting Santa at Disneyland Paris

Santa welcomes children for a photo and a few whispered wishes. Access is through a virtual queue, which you join in the Disneyland Paris app or with a Cast Member at the entrance. Spots go early, so sign up as soon as you arrive in the park.

New Year’s Eve 2026 at Disneyland Paris

Each park now has its own 31 December party. At Disney Adventure World, the evening ends at midnight with a Frozen-inspired drone and fireworks show, weather permitting. At Disneyland Park, Disney Characters host DJ parties before fireworks over the castle.

31 December is included in that day’s dated ticket, with extended hours, but the ticket costs more than on other days.

Food and gifts during Disney Enchanted Christmas

Festive food chalets set up in the parks with seasonal snacks and hot drinks, and Lavazza runs a coffee counter at Au Chalet de la Marionnette. Restaurants serve special menus on 24 and 31 December. Note that most of the usual all-you-can-eat buffets are not available on those two evenings, as their menus state. For other days, see our guides to the Agrabah Café buffet and the Cape Cod buffet.

If you stay in a Disney Hotel between 5 November 2026 and 11 January 2027, you can order a Christmas Box delivered to your room, themed to your hotel. Order through the Disney experts up to two days before arrival, or at the concierge desk during your stay.

When to visit Disneyland Paris for Christmas

Mid-November is the quietest and cheapest time, though some entertainment starts a little after the season opens. Early December is a good balance between crowds and a full programme. December weekends and the Christmas school holidays are the busiest days. After 1 January the parks empty out and hotel prices drop, with decorations still up until 6 January.
