Disney Sequoia Lodge: rooms, prices and refurbishment of the hotel in 2026

The Disney Sequoia Lodge is a 3-star hotel with around a thousand rooms, on the east shore of Lake Disney, about ten minutes’ walk from the parks. Its American national park lodge atmosphere makes it a fan favourite, especially in winter. Rooms, 2026 prices, restaurant, pool and the refurbishment under way.

The theme of the Disney Sequoia Lodge

The hotel is inspired by the great lodges of the national parks of the American West. Wood, stone and huge fireplaces fill the lobby, surrounded by sequoia trees. It has a main building and six lodges along a river: five hold rooms, the sixth the pool.

Rooms at the Sequoia Lodge

• Standard room: up to 4 people, two double beds, bathroom with bathtub, in the outer lodges.
• Montana room: same features, in the lodges closest to reception, the restaurant and the pool.
• Golden Forest Club: rooms in the main building with breakfast included, a private lounge and a mini-fridge.
• Golden Forest Suite: 55 m², separate bedroom and a sofa bed for two more people.

Every room has free wifi, air conditioning, a safe and Disney channels. Outside the Golden Forest Club, breakfast is not included: the Hunter’s Grill breakfast buffet costs €30 per adult and €24 per child.

Sequoia Lodge refurbishment in 2027

The rooms in the outer lodges are being fully redesigned, with a brighter decor themed around Bambi, Pocahontas and Brave. They can be booked since mid-September 2026 for stays from February 2027. The Redwood Bar and Lounge and the shop close for several weeks from 19 February 2027, replaced by counters in the lobby.

Disney Sequoia Lodge prices in 2026

A stay with park tickets starts at around €140 per person per night in very low season, and approaches €290 in high season. It is the cheapest Disney Hotel within walking distance of the parks. Restaurant and bar at the Sequoia Lodge

The Redwood Bar and Lounge gathers guests around its large stone fireplace, with a play corner for children.

Pool and leisure at the Sequoia Lodge

• Indoor pool heated to 29 °C, open all year from 7am to 10pm, with a hot tub and a shallow pool for little ones
• Outdoor pool from May to September
• Sauna, steam room and fitness room

Avenue Robert Schuman, 77700 Chessy, France. From the A4 motorway, take exit 14 “Parcs Disney”.

The parks are about ten minutes’ walk away through Disney Village. A free shuttle also links the hotel to the Chessy bus station. Parking at the hotel and at the parks is free during your stay.
